Fingers and Toes

For this first time since Brooke was born, I actually cut one of her nails too much :-( Poor baby cried when I did it...but only for about 10 seconds and then she was back to her sweet self. There was even blood - I just about died. And ever since, I have been freaking out that she is going to get an infection. She is her usual self...but that hasn't stopped me from checking her temperature and being a crazy new mom.

Brooke also went to church for the first time this Sunday. She smiled for the priest and then slept during the entire mass! Hopefully she will be as good for the baptism!

Last weekend we took Brooke for her first photo shoot! She was soooo good! She loves to grab her toes and was so happy when she got to just lay on "the set" and do nothing but grab her feet and be silly. I cannot wait to see the proofs! Daddy did a good job of making her laugh...so I know we got some big smiles.
