Kindergarden, Decks and Chinese Food

What a busy Sunday! It was Open-House today at St. Brenden's so we went to see Grandma's classroom and check out what kindergarden is all about.  Brooke posed for .05 seconds for this picture. You have to be quick. The classroom was very impressive and Brooke thought it was pretty cool that they have a kitchen like she does and that there were lots of numbers and letters all around. 36 months to go! Ha.

Ok, I had to sneak this shot in from last weekend. Grandma and Nonno babysat so we could go see a movie (1st movie together since she was born)! Such a cuddly shot :-)
Ok, back to today. After we got home and Brooke napped, we joined the Cecchin's on their fabulous deck in the sun. Brooke and Marco see each other enough, but since their parent's aren't there to see it everyday - we somehow think they need MORE on the weekends. Here is Marco (pre-sun burn ..what?).
Here is Brooke hitting herself on the head with a bat. She can't be smart ALL the time.
Ok ok. I know what you are thinking. Mother-of-the-Year right? Seriously - both kids looking at the camera, smiling, no runny noses, no crying.  They flock to me.
I mean, Marco won't budge even after I start gansta rapping. (Disclaimer: This shot was taken after at least 4 classes of wine). (Disregard previous Mother-of-the-Year thing -damn).

This is Jack thinking deep thoughts. One of which included filling Sarah's empty plant  container with a bucket of ice to put our two bottles of white wine in. Brilliant!
And isn't this picture crazy! I mean, there are no kids in it. It's just Sarah and Jeff. Get out!

We went to Chinese food after all of the fun on the deck. Don't worry, we did not take pictures of the greasy food we ate or of Marco trying to eat while barely staying awake or of Brooke saying "tickle tickle" to our waitress (weird). Brooke and baby went right to sleep - Good Sunday!

Funny, Reese has that same outfit...grey pants, light blue/grey striped top. Gotta love Target!
