Brooke is busy

Brooke has been a very busy girl these days. She is learning to say new words every day and repeating EVERYTHING. Today she looked at one of her bath toys and said "hippo" - and she was right! She still loves being in the bath tub. She also likes to stick her bath-time letters in her hair, as shown. That is the letter "B" in case you wanted to know.

This Sunday we attempted Fairyland in Oakland. It is such a cool place, but probably more suited for a 3 year old than a 1 year old. So, we made the most of it and went on the merry-go-round (she screamed when the ride stopped and we had to get off).

We also rode on the very lame trolley car. The thing went in a circle around the food court...twice. LAME! And we waited in line for this? (Jack looks like he needs some zzz's).
And this is what happens when Jack dresses Brooke. She ends up looking like a 70's basketball player. I fully expect to see Kareem (sp) walk in and play some hoops any day now.
This is Brooke before school. We have a bottle of milk each morning and then Brooke likes to put it on the coffee table...but specifically on a coaster. We'll see how long that lasts. I can't even get Jack to do that consistently.
For the 80th time...I love blue on her!
While I was away in Wisconsin, Jack's parents came over for a visit. Brooke's hair looks really bowl-esque here.
And Nonno is teaching her to golf already...$$$$$$$. I hope she excels at golf, because this picture of her with her onesie hanging out from her shorts is not going to get her very far.
