Brooke and her cousins got matching pajama's from Aunty Lynda and they all got to wear them on Christmas Eve. This picture pretty much sums up how awesome Christmas is. I totally feel like this about this holiday too - but I don't look nearly as cute in horizontal stripes.

We took the shot again and told Brooke to lose the boppy and to really give us a smile. Here is the classic "cheese-face" - the signature look for xmas 2008. Ok, this picture has made me laugh at least 20 times now. Yes, that's my kid in the middle.

Thanks to Aunty for the Pj's and for snapping these pics. I was typically in the background acting like a freak to get Brooke's attention.

After all of this excitement, Brooke said "night night" and hit the deck. Again, it's not so cute when I do this. For her it's "night night" for me is "passing out". Judgy.

Fast forward ( or rewind from the last blog) to xmas day. Here is Brooke opening up a gift from Nonno and Grandma. If you read lips, you don't actually need sound to figure out what she got.
p.s. There is an annoying IKEA commercial on right now with a spastic lady running out of the store with her bags and she hops into her "getaway" car with her nerdy husband. It's pretty lame and Jack just said "this makes me think of you and me". What?
