Pizza and Other Big News

Today Heather was kind enough to let us use her front yard for a garage sale. With my almost $20 in earnings....I used part of it to order Brooke and I a cheese pizza for dinner (from Domino's - in honor of Heather of course). Jack is attending his 20 year St. Brenden's reunion tonite and "apparently" no one is bringing spouses.  So I figured a pizza party was totally in order.
I had a little lesson with Brooke on how to hold and eat the pizza - I think she has good form here. (Random side note: Doesn't her haircut look like Joan Jet)?
And she devoured it. She even ate the crust. I followed her lead and cleaned my plate too.

And what's my other big news? If you don't already know and haven't added up the clues: I am a no show at all social events, I am too tired to make my daughter dinner so I order pizza, and I EAT the pizza....yep, I am pregnant with #2.
I will be 12 weeks next Wednesday and can't wait to get out of the first tri-mester. This one has been a rough go, emergency room, zofran, and I was even put on disability and have worked from home for most of August and have been grounded from travel. Boo! Jack has been a trooper - taking care of Brooke, me and our life in general..while working and going to grad school. And Lynda and Grandma and Nonno have been a huge help on the weekends when Jack is in class.
We are looking forward to adding a little Jack or baby girl #2 and we know Brooke will be an awesome big sister!
Now...back to my pizza :)
