Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we drove out to an enormous pumpkin patch in Clayton with Alexis and her parents. I have never been to Clayton before and figured it was worth the adventure. It might as well be in Egypt. It's way too far from the freeway and although we could live in a mcmansion - I will gladly stay put!
Here is Brooke posing in the little school bus.
We had tons of pumpkins to choose from. Brooke's shaggy hair is a result of us growing it out and her pulling her hair clips out while she was in the car on the afore mentioned long drive after you get off the freeway.
Both girls are surveying their choices.
Brooke was very proud that she could pick up this pumpkin. I'm wondering what other household items she might be able to lift now?? Broom, vacuum cleaner??

This place was huge. It even had a llama.
The halloween maze.

And this genius idea to take a bunch of kid swimming pools and fill them with dried beans. Brooke loved this. Now where can I find all those beans?

While typing this post, I just made the fatal error of opening our halloween candy. Uh oh. Pregnant, home alone, surrounded by miniature candies. Must go on walk. Might just take a couple for the road.
